Opt-out requests are honored within the period required by applicable law.

Its responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not submit passwords, payment information, health information, legal case details, confidential client data, or other sensitive information through the chat.

Heydi may help explain services, collect inquiry details, and suggest next steps. Prices, scopes, timelines, commitments, and agreements are valid only when confirmed by an authorized Heyday team member in writing. Chat messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, Heyday Marketing LLC or its licensors own this website’s branding, design, text, graphics, videos, and software. You may view pages and share links for lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, remove notices from, or create derivative commercial works from site content without written permission. Client deliverable ownership and third-party asset licenses are controlled by the applicable signed agreement.

Third-Party Services & Availability

The website may link to or embed third-party platforms, including booking, analytics, advertising, social, video, review, map, and AI services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Heyday does not control their content, security, policies, or availability.
